- All orders are shipped out promptly (typically in 1-3 business days) unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address.

- Orders to Hawaii - Alaska - APO - FPO and addresses outside the Continental US will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) at Expedited Rates.
- Please provide an accurate and complete street address to ensure prompt and accurate delivery. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause an increase in shipping cost and a delay in delivery.
- If your order includes heat sensitive products such as candy or chocolates, please consider having it delivered to an address where someone can receive the package immediately.
- Please compose a message for each gift order, as we will include a personalized gift card at no additional charge.
- To ensure a guarantee of delivery without delay, please provide a telephone number or e-mail address for each "ship to" address. We will only use this information if/when there is a question regarding the delivery of your order.

Returns:
All returns must be approved by Huckleberry Haven. Notice required on damaged or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days of product receipt.
